FABRICATION

Doral self-performs fabrication start to finish. Cutting, processing, welding, assembly, and finishing all happen under our own roof and on our own schedule, with no outside vendor in the critical path. The same shop that runs 1,000 to 2,000 ton structural steel packages builds the modular frames, plate skids, and busduct skids that data center programs depend on.

Our large-format powder coat oven accepts fully assembled modular frames up to 45′ L x 16′ W x 12′ H. No sectioning. No field touch-up. Finished to the color, film thickness, and appearance standards owners and OEMs specify.

Structural Steel Capabilities

Doral’s fabrication shop is built for mid- to large-scale structural steel, with 1,000 to 2,000 ton scopes as our core range. We are equipped for the heavier end of that market: built-up and multi-piece members, connection-intensive details, and complex assemblies that are fit, verified, and finished to tight tolerances before they ship.
